James H. Millane

Mr. Millane has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation including construction, business disputes, trade secrets, breach of contract, real estate and tort matters. He is experienced in representing contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers in construction related claims and litigation. He also routinely represents corporations and businesses in litigation protecting their interests.

Jim is a mechanical engineer and is also a registered patent attorney experienced in counseling companies on a wide range of intellectual property matters involving trade secrets, patent and trademark prosecution and related litigation. In addition, Jim is also experienced in a wide variety of transactional matters including contract review and drafting, business formation and counselling, corporate governance, buy-sell agreements, corporate succession planning and estate planning including wills and trusts.
